For example: The name of the person who was driving, location and time of the accident, a basic description of the accident, the name and insurance information of the other driver and if possible, names and contact information of others involved in the accident or witnesses.

In the event of a non collision claim (hit and run, theft, fire or vandalism), a police report will be required by the insurance company.
